Customer Reviews
Decent experience, minor issue
I placed an order for the Birthday Box and a few extra Margarita Cocktail Bombs for a friend's party. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty easy to navigate. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in California, which was within their estimated window. The items were packaged well, no breakage, and they arrived looking just like the pictures. The Margarita bombs were a hit; they dissolve nicely and taste pretty good for a quick mix. I did have a question about one of the bombs in the Birthday Box, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me the next day, which was reasonably quick, and answered my question clearly. My only minor gripe was that one of the bombs in the Birthday Box seemed a little smushed on one side, not enough to ruin it, but noticeable. Still, it functioned fine. Overall, a solid experience with good product quality and responsive service.
Consistent quality, fast shipping
This was my third order from Cocktail Bomb Shop, and they continue to be reliable. I grabbed another Variety Pack, and just like before, everything arrived quickly and was packed well. Their Raspberry Lemonade bomb is still a favorite. It's good to know I can count on them for gifts or just for myself.
Good value on variety pack
I was looking for some fun drink mixers and found Cocktail Bomb Shop. I got the Variety Pack during a sale, and with the first order discount, it felt like a pretty good deal. Each bomb made a decent drink, so the cost per drink was low. Shipping to the US took about a week, which was fine. Overall, I think I got my money's worth.
Quick delivery, good product
Ordered the Piña Colada Cocktail Bomb. It arrived fast. Made a nice drink. Simple to use. Would buy again.
Mostly good, one small hiccup
I bought the Christmas Cocktail Bombs for a holiday gathering. The concept is great for easy entertaining. They arrived in good time, and the packaging was festive. Most of the bombs dissolved perfectly and tasted as expected, the Mojito one was particularly good. My only small complaint was one of the bombs (I think it was the Blue Lagoon) didn't fizz quite as much as the others, it still worked but wasn't as impressive. Customer service was not needed, so no feedback there. For the convenience and general quality, I'd say it was a positive purchase, just that one bomb was a bit off.

Thinking of getting the holiday collection. Is there free shipping if I spend over a certain amount?
Are these products actually made in Canada? Or just a Canadian company that imports them?
Is there a first-time buyer discount? Trying to save a few bucks on my first order.
How do you even use these bombs? Just drop it in a glass and that's it?
I'm looking to order a bunch for an event, is there any kind of bulk discount or something if I get a big order?
